From 1st July 2019 Oldham Council will be bringing its housing advice service back in house, as part of work to ensure that tenants are properly supported and landlords can provide high quality private rented homes. The service, which will be known as Housing Options and previously ran from First Choice Homes Oldham’s offices on Union Street, will be based in Access Oldham at the civic centre, and will provide the following:

• Housing advice;
• Homelessness;
• Applying for social housing;
• Tenancy Relations Service;
• Central Access Point (CAP) for supported housing
