On World Homelessness Day, 10th October, Real Change Oldham launched with an event at Gallery Oldham. Featuring opening speeches from Cllr Sean Fielding and Cllr Hannah Roberts, the event marked the formal opening of an organisation set up to transform the way homeless people are supported in the borough.

Real Change Oldham provides an effective means by which people can donate to support homeless people. The campaign then uses the funds to support organisations providing things like white good for a new home, or clothes for a job interview.
