I am Cabinet Member for Health and Social CAre and have been a Councillor for Chadderton North since 2010.

I have been a councillor for Chadderton North since 2010 and have worked hard to deal with issues of community safety including the installation of a number of alley gates and traffic calming measures. I am currently engaged helping develop the New Chadderton Partnership which will lead on the development of a local plan for Chadderton and am also helping an investigation as to what can be done to revitalise Chadderton town centre. I currently chair the Chadderton District Partnership and sit on a number of committees including Planning and Overview and Scrutiny. I am  a long serving governor of St Herbert’s RC Junior school.

I have been a Chadderton resident for over forty  years and have children and grandchildren living in the area so have a strong commitment to doing the best I can to make Chadderton the best place it can be.
