My name is Fida Hussain , councillor of 23 years.I have lived in Werneth since a child and i have been honoured to serve the Werneth ward since 2002.

I am passionate about helping those in need , as the times we currently face are challenging; therefore my work in the community includes dealing with cases on housing , immigration and health and education.

I have served on many positions within the council including; Planning , licensing , cabinet member  as-well as being given the privilege of being the Mayor in 2014-2015.

I intend to continue serving the people of Werneth to the best of my ability.
