As a Cabinet Member, for the above, I strive to provide great services for residents to enjoy .

Our libraries are in the top three in the country , Oldham Culture is thriving with a new home for Oldham Theare Workshop and work is speeding ahead on the refurbishment of the Coliseum  .

Also, many of our heritage buildings are being improved and brought back into use .

Oldham also offers modern sports centres providing swimming , gyms and many other activities .

I will strive to bring great service to all Oldham residents .

As a Councillor for Waterhead:

My work as a ward Cllr includes holding ward surgeries on the first Saturday of each month .

Being available by email or phone to assist Waterhead residents with their concerns .

I work closely with community groups and local organisation, to assist and provide resources so local people can benefit.

Below are some main actions I have lead…

× Improved recreational provision at parks and open spaces throughout Waterhead including new Multi Games Areas, outdoor gym equipment, and play resources.

× Lead clean area clean ups around the ward.

× Supported food bank provision from three centres in Waterhead.

× Worked with local residents on schemes to improve their areas.

× Assisted local residents with there inquiries an problems, I was able to assist over 600 last year alone!
