Peter has completed 5 years of Civic Service, 4 years as an Elected Councillor and one year as one of the Consort’s to the Mayor of Oldham and he would like to continue with his service as a Failsworth West Councillor once again

He has a proven track record of supporting local residents with local issues through his casework.

With his Labour and Co-operative values he has worked with Community Groups on various projects, for example, finding premises for the local food bank and securing support to help with renovating the premises.

He has also brought in partners to the Grass Routes project at no cost to the council which is now providing great services to the people of Failsworth and across the Borough.

Peter has helped to secure several traffic calming schemes across Failsworth West and he has got thoughts on other schemes that have been In the pipeline and plans to put in bids to secure these schemes and others.
